Christina H. Bawcum is a Partner at Spiegel & Cahill, P.C. She graduated from Northern Illinois University with her B.S. in Elementary Education, and received her juris doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California, graduating cum laude. Ms. Bawcum was on the Dean's List several times during both her undergraduate and law school careers. Additionally, Ms. Bawcum received the CALI Award for Excellence in Trusts.

Ms. Bawcum is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois and has concentrated her practice in workers' compensation, appellate practice, and Medicare set-aside services. Ms. Bawcum has vast litigation experience, having tried and argued cases before the Illinois Workers' Compensation Commission, Circuit Court, and Appellate Court. She is currently a member of the Illinois State Bar Association and The Trial Bar. Ms. Bawcum is a contributing author of "Appeals", Illinois Workers' Compensation Guidebook, Larson Series, 2009 Edition. Ms. Bawcum has been named to the prestigious "Super Lawyers Rising Stars" for the years 2009, 2010 and 2012.
